Default Racing Stripes

I know most of you guys aren’t fans of ‘racing stripes’ on here, I know I wasn’t...

But I ended up getting them and went for the subtle style, my sister, being a sign designer, helped me out, and I could get them cheap so this is how they turned out...

Sorry about the dodgy phone pics...

Oh and the colour is a smokey, metallic grey on saphire black.

Oh, they look terrible!!

You have cut your big toe nail way to far down.

The stripes look great though! Nice and subtle.
Your sister has a natural tallent for styling. All flows nicely.

Hey Sumpy . . . I saw a recent Top Gear mag with a dark grey Porsche GT3(?) in it.
It had your stripes on, in red.
Did you put them on yourself?

haha funny you should say that, as that gt3 porsche was my exact inspiration.
my sis said she wanted to see some stripes on it so i figured i'd look thru some mags and saw the porsche and knew i wanted somethin similar. so we made some adjustments and dah daaa...

my sis works at 'Mandurah Signs & Stripes' in Mandurah WA (the owner {Tom put them on, he's been doin it for 20 odd years

heres a link to the inspiration:
