Ive had mine in for a few weeks now and I find it is getting better by the day. The car initially seemed to have no real change in performance but it most certainly is going a lot better now and throttle response has increased. Very impressed with it.

Hi Guys ,
sorry for the thread hijack, but it is related.
What procedure do you recommend for cleaning of the filter element in your CAI.
Is it using the K&N kit and then re oiling or is there another preferred method?

Thanks

Rob

Rob,

we use K and N oil, but use it SPARINGLY.

We fill a tub (maybe laundry sink??) with the same quality water you would wash a car with, and completely submerge the filter, shake it pretty well and blow out with compressed air.

The re oil, install and watch out for the boys in blue!!!

Rob, ive got a new coffee machine mate, drop in when you can,

Chris
