Ford Laser 83 KB "S" twin carb. I require information on the range of eng. nos.that the "S" was made in, the reason being is that the car that I have has a KA engine fitted. I would also like to know the Technical Specs. of the eng. e.g. comp. ratio, cam. angles, dist. advance angles, etc. etc. Work shop manuals for the "S" are not about. I am in need of an "S" LONG MOTOR, minus the carbs. Can anyone point me in the right direction? .

I had an 84 KB S years ago,and i believe its a stock 1.5ltr with twin zenith?? carbs which did nothing for performance only used more fuel. Ebay is your friend>
I fitted a B6 1.6ltr twin cam efi in mine which went abit better.
