Im going to have to bail on this one, paying off bills, well mods on car, and this holiday doesnt fit into the budget. So many things to do and not enough money.

Making alot of sacrifices just to pay the bills off. Sorry bout any inconveniences caused Ben.

Hope its turns out to be a great weekend.

Cheers Pete

On the plus side, I'm upgraded from a possible to a definite maybe!!!
If work committments allow, I'll be flying to Brisbane and getting a lift from there to Coffs, courtesy of an invitation recently extended by a fellow AFF member. Will keep you posted, I really want to come to one of these meetings.

Doug, allow 900kms from door to door for Melb to Syd run. Sydney to Coffs, allow 500. 1400kms one way. Looking at 3000kms round trip.
Rough estimate, however final kms are bound to be less.

Dread to think of your fuel bill with that stall....

However if you're keen mate, fly up to Sydney and we will sort a lift out for you... Could be much cheaper... However seeing your car in flesh does make it all sweet...

Guys, I am still keen, but unsure due to my work front. I will make some enquiries and get this happening none the less.
NSW guys, i need to do some talking with a few members....

Cheers

Hey Ben, yep I would need a personal loan for the fuel bill.lol

I am keen though, it would be great to catch up with some members I know and some i don't. Would love to bring my car, but flying up would be cheaper and less tiring than a 3K drive. I will have to see if I can get holidays.

I will let you know.

Tell troppo to pull his finger out and he and I will be there (possibly not B-series powered though...)

My finger is well lodged I'm afraid. There's no other way to say it, I'm just not going to be able to afford a trip away this year so I'll just have to make an extra effort to get to one of these events next year. Apologies for the late withdrawal. :(
I still expect to see you the week before though, GM

No worries, mate - Probably for the best, seeing as this cruise seems to be a bit light-on for participants.

I'm up your way as of Sunday, by the way...

Guys,

I am out as well. New job, no annual leave...

My initial thought is to pencil this in again, maybe mid next year, and give everyone a lot of notice...

Cheers

Ben

“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.
