Does anyone know where I could find a car for the price of a slab or a couple'a'hundred that I could drive home...let my son take apart and rebuild again? (in Vic)!!! |

the auction places, pickles etc have heaps of cheap cars, might cost a little more then a slab, but i am sure you will pick up something to suit your needs.

got to your local wrecker. make sure he has an LMCT and go through his yard. they are always getting cars in and some are often in decent condition.
we bought a Meteor off our wrecker for $150 and spent a whole $8 in parts to get it to RWC. |

Go to your local wrecker yeah. or find a good one, some wreckers like to rip you off, some once you start going in there oftern will charge you like $20 for basicly any part.
Mine does :P $20 weber $20 stromberg $20 S pack sports gauges $20 for fairmont ghia altenator with all the brackets. some of the stuff he doesn't even charge me, good bloke :p
