wow, i would never ever go in the water with my board or go and "have a sticky beak".
they say if you can see it's too late to run.
Reports say the wave out in the ocean heading for Australia was louder than a jet plane.
Just because its modern australia doesnt mean a wave can hit our shores with deathly destruction.

Well i went 4WD'ing on bribie yesterday
was awesome, chiefly because everyone else thought they we're gonna die so didn't go out

we did and it was great. The only waves i saw out of the ordinary were sand rooster tails in circle formation

tell me about it all these types of people will be the ones crying for themselves and loved ones saying the government hadn't warned us enough when we are cleaning up the potential aftermath. i don't get why the hell people would head to the beach when authoritys have strongly warned against, seems the boxing day tsunami has taught some nothing :
