What, so we shouldn't be importing anything from Japan because of the horrendous crimes that occurred during WW2? We currently import 21 billion dollars worth of stuff from Japan a year (we export 51 billion dollar worth though).

Yes they require skills and time to build/commission. However they're already years behind schedule, and millions (maybe billions) over budget.
