Wondering if anyone knows of any cheap towies that can bring a car from near woy-woy to emu plains, near penrith.

You could try one of the major car carrying companies. They will be delivering new cars to the the coast and will be going back empty.
Or, depending how soon you want it moved, look for one unloading cars at a dealer and have a quiet chat.. It's not what you know, it's WHO you know

You get what you pay for with towies. Go for a local like Adams or Redback who have been around and more importantly, are insured.
