Who ever it is big up to them, dont know anything about what hes talking about, but gone to great measures to advertise his position on the subject

Same company were trying to sell me a manual EF gli with body kit and 150 on the clock for 23,000 3 years ago. 23,000!!!! on finance! Cripes. the only thing going for it was the manual but 23,000! I walked off the yard and they harrassed me all the way to the gate. I've never set foot on one of their yards since.

Copied here because it'll be gone very soon I suspect:

Quote:
Just a WARNING to all car buyers to NEVER BUY FROM AUSTRALIAN FLEET SALES. I was stupid and nieve and fell for their dud deal. I believed everything they told me, only to find out later that they cheated and scammed me BIG TIME. In order to get a sale, they offered me a deal which entailed 3 year warranty, which I blatently found out wasn't honoured after I signed the papers. When signing, they stated that the manager of the dealership had to provide the warranty papers as 3 year warranty was a rare deal they gave. They said that they would send me the warranty papers throughout the week after he processed it and approved it etc. After a few weeks without any sign of the warranty papers, I approached them and they refused the deal saying that It wasn't in writing, that we only agreed to 3 months warranty, not 3 years etc. Then they boldly said that you already signed the papers, the car is yours, the deal is as is and there is nothing you can do about it. In all honesty, I was stupid and nieve and shouldn'tve signed anything until they provided me with warranty papers. But this is the year 2006, no one should be cheated into buying products under false pretences. A verbal agreement is as good as any contract. I have spoken to numerous other customers who got similar dud deals. DO NOT BE STUPID LIKE US AND BUY AT AUSTRALIAN FLEET SALES. THEY ARE THE AUSTRALIAN CHEAT SALES.

PS I have been receiving heaps of emails with encouraging words and support. Thanks to all. If you could be bothered, it would be great if you would email Australian Fleet Sales with the subject heading (Just copy and paste the following): WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM AUSTRALIAN FLEET SALES Copy and paste text: Dear Australian Fleet Sales, Since hearing about the dodgy deals, and scams certain customers have received from your dealership, I will never consider buying a car from your dealership. Email to the following address lansvale@austfleetsales.com.au parramatta@austfleetsales.com.au sales@austfleetsales.com.au Thanks guys, I just want Australian Fleet Sales to be aware that people are catching on to their scams. Maybe then they will change and start trading ethically. It's only when people make a stand that they start changing. I have been receiving heaps of emails from people who have received similar dodgy deals.... Some even heaps worse than me. Thankyou Best Regards dzori002
