Why the bitching?

I'm noticing quite a bit of bitching about 2 separate companies producing parts of our Aussie Fords and see people complaining or putting down either company A or company B, fact is with the competition the customers will see a better product and at a fairer price.

If only one company was making product for us, then they would have a stranglehold hold on the market, they could charge what they wanted and would have no need to improve the original product.

We should be lucky we have people producing parts for such a small market

If you're talking about reproduction parts a lot of the bitching is justified.
I understand that being such a small market we are lucky that anyone bothers to cater for us but what I plainly and simply don't understand is why a company can go to all the trouble and expense of making a reproduction part and then not make it properly.

talking about aftermarket performance parts, not repro parts, any part purchased should fit as intended

so its a thread about people bitching about some mysterious companys and were lucky to have those companys because if we didnt one would raise there prices? We would need to know why people are bitching to make a comparison otherwise its just a one sided thread.

Might have something to do with Company A coming into a thread specifically about a Company B product/distributed part and posting a sales pitch/copy and paste from their website to push their own product.

I think we should be glad there are more than one major company investing time and money into the aftermarket parts for us, but there will always be some of the not to serious banter when scenarios like mentioned above occur?....

not just one situation but many and many different company A's and company B's

the turbo brigade have bitching about intercoolers, exhaust systems etc, the 5.0 has bitching about different pump boosters, intercoolers, fuel systems, the boss has had bitching about cam's types of under drive pulleys.
