Default Picture in signature?

Hi all,
I want to include this image in my sig,

I've read the Signature FAQ but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

Signature Photos are only available to Donating members, site sponsors, Mods etc at this stage.
