Default Top Win by Liverpool !!!

As much as I enjoy watching League/Union nothing beats the Real Football ! :Reverend:

Top game against Liverpool and AC Milan.
Milan up 3nil by halftime and had Liverpool on toast.
Second half Liverpool come back with 3 goals.
Extra time went without score....next was that great leveller Penalty Shootout.
Liverpool goal keeper being on the outer most of the season wins them one of the prize Cups of the year.

Well done Liverpool makes up big time for an ordinary season.

Yes, great game of football... Dudek just added another few million to his value. Great header from Gerrad.. Poor old Harry though, he has had a shocker of a season.

Interesting now to see if UEFA let 5 EPL teams in next years tourney

yes so true Racecraft, poor Harry has had a shocker of a year. Hope he can overcome his injuries for next season.
Yep Dudek saved his career with that performance.
Hows that Cices (probably wrong spelling) head, scare the crap out of you playing against him. Ah Gerrad sheer class in the second half.

Cracker game.

The 6 minutes after half time where Liverpool answered the 3 goals were the best 6 minutes of soccer ever seen. Milan might as well have not even been there.

I think there's a replay on tonight on SBS for those (like me) that can't be stuffed getting up or overslept.

Great stuff Liverpool, as I really don't like AC Milan (or most Italian teams except Juventus for that matter).

as a milan supporter this one really hurts, 3-0 up at halftime wtf happened?
fair play to liverpool though, they showed great character to comeback from nowhere. did they deserve to win? well maybe, but both teams put on some excellent football, and they're had to be a winner and a loser. dudek's last double save from shevchenko in about the 119th minute pretty much summed up the night.

hopefully we'll be back better than ever next year and reclaim the european cup and the scudetto. until then :

The double save from Dudak against Shevchenko will be replayed over and over as it should. AC Milan showed they have the best 1st touch passing in that 1st half. I reckon Sami Hyypia was man of the match. Go English Preimer League soccer.

yeah what a classic game of soccer and go Liverpool!!!
Dudek did some great saving like u mentioned ef_classic in the final minutes of play.

i put wager on them to win just after the Quarter finals odds were 8:1 i only put in $25 but got i good return of $200.

as an Arsenal supporter, I have got to say well done. Pool havent really fired in the league again, but have shown that they have guts and determination. The best part of the win....Pool Champs League, Chelski League, Arsenal FA Cup, Manure....nothing. hahahaha.

However, i really do not like this yank buying into manure. it is potentially bad for not just the club, but English football in total. I hope he doesnt go the typical american route of taking the TV people to court so manure get a bigger slice of the TV money pie. It will spell the end for a lot of clubs like Villa, Spuds, Boro etc. It is also omportant to remmeber that Leeds had debts of 100million ponds when things went pear shaped for them. Manure are looking at 500 million plus.

Anyway, well done again Liverpool. My brother will be happy.

Also an Arsenal fan, I also say well done to Liverpool. They fought hard to comeback, also as a soccer goalie, I was really impressed with Dudek.

Enjoy the win!
