mp4 player bought off greatd3al and am interested in tryin to work out how to put video files onto it.....any help much appreciated

Did it come with a cable and a CD ROM?
Plug it into your PC, whack that CD ROM in and go from there! You need some MP4s to test with?

Cool.
I use a trick little website called: www.mymobileclips.com You can upload you own... or... what i use it for... enter a Youtube link... The site will convert the video (settings are a bit limited for free members) into mp4... its designed exactly for these purposes. Need to register, but its free. Alternative try and find some free software on the web that allows you to convert between various video formats.

If it's your own video file, then it's not copyrighted (assuming the videos you have are not copyrighted, or if they are - so long as you have obtained them legitimately).
Dunno about converting youtube files and saving them? The videos are in the public domain.

It should have come with a CD and a program on it that converts any video file to .mtv format. Once you've done that you just put it in the MP4 and away you go.
