I didn't mean they would have planned to sell that many, i'm saying the original sales projections done during the later planning stages would have expectations around 7000 units to make back that billion dollars. They even said that themselves that the VE would have to sell very high numbers to make the development costs back. When the oil prices soured they would have cut those figures down. How they are going to make that billion dollars back is the big question as it will require large volumes.
