Default How come you don't see any jacked up utes in Aus?

A long time ago I was in the US on a trip and came across this enormous jacked up Chevy ute:



I was wondering why we don't see "trucks" jacked up like this in Australia? Would this be legal here or not? And how do you even get into the vehicle?
