Following the excitement that heralded the Star Caliber 2000, one of the most complicated pocket watches ever created, Patek Philippe presents the Sky Moon Tourbillon, a Grand Complication that embodies the horological innovation of its sister timepiece in a wristwatch.

In an unprecedented orchestration, 12 of the most fascinating complications have been miniaturized in one movement, elevating the status of this COSC-qualified timepiece to most complicated wristwatch in regular production by Patek Philippe and the company’s first ever double-dialed wristwatch.




The dial side indicates mean solar time and harmoniously unites a perpetual calendar with a retrograde date display, the displays of the day of the week, the month, the leap-year cycle, the moon age, a minute repeater and a tourbillon. The back indicates the nocturnal sky, the phases and orbit of the moon, and sidereal time.

The Sky Moon Tourbillon´s biggest design challenges were brought about by the arrangement of the intricate mechanisms implemented within the small case of the wristwatch. The painstaking craftsmanship that this horological masterpiece necessitates limits its production output to a few pieces per year
