Default How many weeks are in 1 year?

If 30 days has September,April,June an November then theres 7 months left with 31 an Feb which is usually 28...and exactly 4 weeks,so we don't count any extra days .
So we have 4 months of 30 days(8) an 7 months of 31 days (21)an Febuary in 12 months.

Here's the dilemma ,there's more than 28 days in a month an over 12 months it's( 29) extra days!!

,when you look up How many weeks are there in 1 year it says 52 weeks an 24 days (55.3 weeks) but it adds up more closer to 52 weeks 29 days ( which is 56.1 weeks) when we add up these extra days

I don't know why we follow a calender that' thinks 7 x 4 = 31 an is only correct in Febuary an when its NOT a leap year..it throws everything out of whack, like anyone that gets paid monthly would know
