recall for Ford USA.
Ford is recalling 229,929 2004-'07 Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey vehicles globally to fix a corrosion problem that prevents the fold-down third-row seats from locking into place. The recall affects only vehicles sold or registered in 20 salt-belt states and the District of Columbia.
