there is a diffierence though between a demo and simple floor/yard stock.
A demo is a registered car in the name of the dealership it is used for test drives and also driven home by staff. Demo's are usually sold before the reach 7000kms. Yard stock is only ever used for test drives when no demo is available.

Very few people actually end up getting a car straight off a boat. if it hasnt been sitting at the dealership its been sitting at a holding yard somewhere.
