Ok ive got a mates laptop with Windows 2000 and it wont stay connected to the net for very long. I seem to remember this bug going around a little while back but I wasnt affected so I have no idea how to fix it.
Can somebody please enlighten me? I cant update to WinXP due to lack of resources and cant format because theres no way I can backup the hdd. My uncle seems to remember it has something to do with removing java but I have no idea how to do that. Thanks in advance.
