Hi
My sister is picking up her first car tomorrow and we did an online quote for insurance that came back at $3k. We then did a quote with having the insurance in dads name and having on the policy a nominated driver under 25 which came back at $1030 a year. Can we have the car registered in my sisters name and the insurance in dads name. Ive heard of it happening a bit but is it ok to do with the registration and insurance in two different names? I think some people dont have any additional drivers on the policy and that is where they go wrong is that right. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks Luke
