I have a video for this and i watched it with no sound so i don't know if its a government tactic or a mock up type thing...and i believe its is in a european country
basically they are wanting people to take more notice of speed signs.... so they have topless blondes in red hot pants on the side of the road waving a sign with the indicating speed lol..if you ask me its going to cause crashes but meh I doubt the mods will allow it on here but i figured a few would be interested....PM me if so |
