My perfect Falcon would be one fitted with quality interior plastics and has no rattles. Surely I haven't set my requirements too high?

It's not too much to ask...but it's kind of hard to get, even in the prestige stuff like G6E's...

My Perfect Falcon...is the one im about to purchase and modify with RTV bits and lots lots lots more
Make it into an go almost everywhere, really comfy cruiser.

Besides that, a new proper wagon, not some sportshatch but one with a proper load area and leaf springs and RWD, has steering thats not too light nor heavy with good feedback, have a cable throttle and minimal electrics, has not so much sound deadning as i like to hear the motor, a motor of which would be an I6, perhaps with a S/C bolted on. Also a HUD and beep warning for speed cash cams (same thing a GPS does on approach to a cam), have the ability to turn off all annoying beeps that modern cars do.......ill just leave it at that before i flood the thread

BA XR8
Boss Mustang Recaro front seats
5.8L Alloy Block DOHC Motor with KB 2.8LC S/C.
T56 & 3.7 Ratio TruTrack rear end.
Brembo 6/4 Combo.

Give me about 25 years or a Tatts win and i'll build this thing one day

As for Factory cars, a LPI XR6T seems like a pretty smart option to me.

You mean like the stigma attached to a hot hatch? You can escape stupid stereotypes.

FG III with a redesigned interior. Same design theme on the door trim, dash, centre stack and centre console as the Focus, Fiesta and 2013 Kuga.

Upgrade the G6 to at least the current G6 Limited Edition standards, plus dual zone climate control. Use proper, genuine leather all over instead of synthetic leather. Oh, and woodgrain trim.

Would love to have my old XD ESP back but with a turbo / 6 spd combination from the later models. Really do miss the scheels from that car!

Or

Get the wagon repainted, redo the interior with XR5 Recaros and run a B / F series Turbo / 6 spd manual. Oh and a sunroof!!

I think this will go against the V8 / turbo theme.

Weight 1000kg to 1100kg

EF XR6 body shape

AU111 interior (black)

AU IRS

Naturally aspirated Barra motor taken to the max but still drivable around town and must be a six speed manual
