Tried a search and all I got was posts about Lara
 Anyway....did an online quote with them and they are by far the cheapest (probably for a reason) but has anyone had any real world experiences making a claim with them?

It is all based online, including claims. AAMI own them.

I just insured both my coupes with Lumleys special vehicle insurance, they were nearly 2 and a half times cheaper than Shannons for exactly the same stuff (keep the wreck etc).

I almost went with them but I then read some reviews on line and decided against it. Its supposed very difficult to get a hold of them, you can't call them only emails and they take heaps to get back to you. Also if any hassles arise it very difficult to just call them.
I'd rather pay more and be able to call someone to straighten out any issues that come up
