I just went to the shops and bought an apple turnover with cream. They had two left and I asked for the one in front as it was huge. I was half way though and I found the red ring from the lid of the jar of cream inside!
What should I do? Who do I tell? Can I get any money or should I just extort them for free cakes? They have the best and cheapest apple turnovers in Sydney at $1.70 each (up from $1.50 last year) and I go there at least twice a week? Just want to get some ideas before I approach the wife and she takes over. |

Tell the company who makes it, they'll love you for it.

i found what resembled a small pubic hair in a mini dim sim once, so after dry-reaching a few times, i told the old man he can have the rest, as i was full....

Will you be able to eat another apple turnover from the same place (despite them being the cheapest and the best) without worrying you are going to come across something even worse? You will probably take half an hour to eat it because you'll take tiny bites then analyse what will be in the next bite. Or you will open it up, make a mess, and have it in pieces checking there is nothing there before you eat it. But don't become paranoid, after you complain I'm sure they will keep aside an 'extra special' one for you each time. :P

Oh come on mate!
It is just a bit of plastic! Accidents happen! Just pull it out and continue eating, whats the problem!? My mate was eating a Golden North Giant Twins icecream, and came across a hair in it, was about 15 - 20cms long, he pulled it out and ate the rest of it! If it was hair or body parts you found in it fair enough, I wouldn't eat it, but plastic! It won't kill you! |

I didn't feel like an apple turnover today so I just got my $1.70 back. I went accross the road and bought $5 fish and chips and can of drink combo deal. So many chips.

There was a story going around years ago about a young bloke who worked in a fried chicken shop with his mum in deer park somewhere
Apparently he used to peform "lewd" acts with the whole chickens that were then sold. The day he got busted by the coppers, they realised that those chicken sangas they'd been having for lunch for a while, had been from this shop lol |
