Of course. Just make sure to display your P plates, and abide by all road rules.

doesn't need to. (normal road rules yes he does, but not P plate related rules) just drive to the conditions of your license. A red P plater from victoria doesn't have to stick to 90km/h in NSW for example if the victorian law says he can do 100km/h. A Qld P plater doesn't have to display P plates in NSW if he doesn't have to display them in Qld

Prezactly! They are state-issued "Conditions of license". Generally.

Now, IF aforesaid Conditions Of License were to example state that Mr Blogg of Cranbourg VIC must not drive a purple Ford Focus, then he may not do so IN VIC, but may do so in NSW because NSW does not have a regulation prohibiting this and it is not the job of NSW Police Force to enforce Victorian state regulations.

If however the 'Conditions Of License' stipulate the VIC person should wear corrective glasses, but did not wear them when in NSW, NSW 'could' action the person for not wearing them, under another law of this jurisdiction.

I like states rights, even though they be removed bit by bit:-)
