I think Moffat did them to "aftermarket" (similar to SVO) Fairmonts and similar. I thought there were only ED (not EB) Moffats though.

Maybe it was a HO upgrade on a second hand EB/D or getting rid of slow moving stock???

Can't remember if they were EB or ED? One came from my local Ford Dealer as a new vehicle and had 4 superchargers replaced under warranty in the first 12 months before they finally just deleted the supercharger altogether.
Another failed Moffat early 90's project.

Just because it had Alan's name on the car don't automatically assume that it was built by him .

As Sledgehammer has written the car was originally done by Phase Autos, they are now known as HO and have a look at the link below:

http://www.gruppea.com.au/ho%20kits%2001.htm

It's interesting that they call it an EA Allan Moffat HO but it has EB GT Wheels - the car was built after the EB because if I go hunting and dig out my old magazines - the article makes mention of making use of the EBGT wheels but with a full centre cap.

There's some unique Ford history on that site - Enjoy

I wonder if the 2 door XD would of been a hit and the 427 XB GTHO falcon
would have been nice.

Yeah that is Pete's.

They were ED, so I am not sure the description is totally correct on this one

everything points to that being an ED...........grille, garnish, plus the fact that it is factory supercharged (HO plate has engine Z S-C) which i am pretty sure was only available on the ED Moffat HO Ghias

bloody nice car....!

Yeah I saw that and had a chuckle too - my Brother-in-law has a XJ40 Daimler Sovereign and the phone in that is built into the Console lid - there are companies around who can convert them so they work on the existing networks - dunno what it would cost though.
