Not sure if it is legal but "Tint 4 U" in Melton do colour tinting 97433331. I will make some enquries about it as I plan with my future EL project to use either red or silver tint on windows.

I've seen red and blue. And brown..
Limo tint with high reflectivity could be a problem. |

If it wasn't legal, they'd probably tell you...
or probably not... But seriously, if you want to know, call the police for advice. Sure they'd help you out...oh wait...sorry, you'll need to supply a keg of VB and a 24 pack of Krispy Kremes before they'll acknowledge your existence... j/k :P |

Coloured tint, I have been told by a member of the TMU, is legal in Victoria, but the light level restrictions do apply. I was at Tint 4 U today and saw a white Grange with blue tint/reflective. Looked awesome. My tinter is trying to talk me into yellow with reflective background...........

Coloured tints looks relatively penile (which is a bad thing) on stock cars.
Need to soup it up before adding all that bling crap. But they do make a car look nice. |
