Default Keeping fit....well do ya?

This 'Keeping Fit' culture's been around for a while now, and we're told to exercise more and keep in shape.

You see it all the time. Groups of Middle-aged Women doing there power walks with matching drink bottles, increasing numbers of lycra clad Women and Men on there pushy's, etc.

So after a day of swinging off a hammer, busting your back with a shovel, or sitting in an office frying your retinas in front of a Monitor all day, etc,... do any of you get out when you get home and go for a walk or go to the gym?

Or is it case of getting home, throwing the shoes off, and saying, "that's me done for the day".

So, with the above in mind. What's your Fitness/Exercise culture?

PS:Im new here so hello to everyone.Blood orange BAXR8,full leather, tint, premium sound.

well im in constant excersize. i keep my lungs active and working out by smoking, i eat fatty foods so my heart has to work harder which will therefore make it stronger and i also 'surf' a few hours a day which gives my fingers a work out.
yep im pretty fit!

Sounds like a few of us are all on the same keep fit regime.

Although being a diabetic, I do have to stick to a sugar free diet. :

I keep fairly fit, I play footy, basketball and cricket all competively. I also surf as well.

At the moment its footy 3 times a week, basketball two and cricket 3 times...damn busy ill tell you that much. Most of the time ill finish say footy training and go play basketball straight after that.

When I was younger I used to run 5 or 6 times a week when I was running competetively, along with the odd triathlon and inbetween played basketball, footy and tennis

When i was 15 I won a national title, the coach gave me 6 weeks off and I discovered beer lol

I still regard myself as fit as I do landscaping, but the homebrew I'm getting into now will surely make a belly a tad rounder...lol

I used to be fit and healthy, then I graduated high school, enjoyed schoolies for 2 months never really got back into it.

Now that I work all the way in the city I have to either get up at 530 to get to the gym for an hour before I leave for work or I have to go at lunchtime or afterwork and its way too busy to even bother.

Ive been to take up jogging again but im too lazy.

Just started doing a small weight routine again, and eating healthier.

I was starting to get a beer belly, and I don't drink beer.

I've got lots of stairs in the house - does that count?
I thought about taking up the Rat Exercise Plan - but 20 yards of walking followed by 6 weeks on 'yer *** seemed a bit counterproductive.

I used to play baseball for 12 years (until 2000). I'd like to go back and start playing. I also used to swim competitively but became bored of it. Lately I haven't done much. I attend the gym every so often but yeah i am really disappointed with myself of late.
