Last time we had some tidy imports come to our fine country through my work I started a thread up here and upset a few people, methinks, with some pictures. So today, no pics. Also, it's not an import, but an export. Headed to Ireland.
I was sent out into the scorching heat to write up a condition report on it, and I must say is was very tidy. Three chips in the paint and a couple of surface cracks in the rear spoiler (makes me think it's a fibreglass one), but other than that, spotless. That burgandy colour paint, original gold honeycomb-style wheels. 308 under the bonnet. Mint interior. A very tidy machine. October 1976 HX/LE Monaro coupe. A Holden, yes. So why do I post about it here? Because, as I stated earlier, it's going to Ireland. One less of them on the road. To all the Holden boys here, heres to you... **Raises glass** NB: No offense intended by that last bit, purely used as a fillum qoute. The baldman isn't looking to start another Ford/Holden-flame thread.

If we parked a container ontop of the cars first, we should be able to squeeze enough in to make it a worthwhile experience.

Nah, didn't bother. Last time I did that it caused a giant uproar.
It's still at the depot, not sure when it's leaving. I'm not working tomorrow as I booked in a day off for "alternate arrangements" but if it's still there on wednesday a mate of mine wants to see some pictures of it so I told him tonight that I might get him some. If I do, I'll pm some across.
