Default FFAU All Ford Day Entry Form - DOWNLOAD HERE

Hi all,

this is the form you will need to fill in to enter your car into the All Ford Day.

Its pretty simple to fill in, if you have any queries about the form please just ask away in this thread and I'll help you out.

The form can be downloaded from the attachment to this post.

Once you've got it, print it out, fill it in and send it to:

Wagga Wagga All Ford Day
PO Box 6108
WAGGA WAGGA NSW 2650

For payment of the entry fee ($10 per car), you can use a cheque made out to "Wagga All Ford Day", or cash. If you want to pay on the day, thats fine, but please note this on your entry form so I remember to collect it from you!

For multiple copies of the form, just photocopy it as required. If you have a large number of cars to pay for, you can use one cheque for the total amount but please note this on your entry forms.

A few details about the form:-

Owner Details MUST be filled in. This is an insurance requirement and any vehicle which doesnt have the entry form filled in with these details wont be allowed through the gates into the display area.

If you are displaying as part of a club or business, please state this on the form where it says 'are you displaying as part of a club?' If you want to display alongside the forum member cars, please state that you're coming with FordForums. Makes it easier for me.

For Clubs that require written invites for insurance purposes, please email me and I will get one out to your club.

If anybody had any questions about the form or payment of the entry fee, please feel free to either call me on 0412 634 240, or email me/PM me.

Looking FORD to seeing you there!

Guys,

I thought I'd show you a brief rundown of how to fill in your entry forms.
As follows: (this is a GUIDE only)

Ive filled this one in as if it were my car.

Vehicle Details:

Numberplate: AMP-11R Show Plate: "Back2thefutura"

Year Model: 2002

Type: LR Focus

Body Style: (tick whichever is applicable to your car)

Colour: Blue

Display Details:

Are you displaying as part of a club? (Tick 'Yes')
If so, which club? FordForums.com.au

Will your vehicle's bonnet, doors etc be open? (Answer this one for yourself)

Sign the form, whack it and your entry fee into an envelope and send it to the address on the bottom of the form, and you're done!

Ok, just note on the form that you will sign it when you arrive. No vehicle enters the display area withou a signed form!

Send it to waggafordday@tpg.com.au.

Probably best to keep the $$$ seperate at this stage, if its easier just pay the entry fee on the day (just note that youre doing that on the entry form).

$10 entry fee
$20 for showplates

that's it as far as fees go - this isnt the RTA! :
