What do you think....not overly my cup of tea, it needs some aggressiveness to it, particularly with the XR and FPV models.

Lower, aggressive kit and some XR lights and it will be a Sleek looking machine.

I'm not a fan of the headlights, but it doesn't look too bad, I guess. Better than the AU, anyway.

After a complete restyle, It'd look ok.
When is Ford going to realise that US styling does'nt work that well in other markets. AU failed because Detroit had too much say in styling cues. Keep the yanks away from our cars. Look what they have done to Monaro. The model depicted in the photo looks to me as a higher spec version. Even the AU Ghia almost looked palatable if you squinted your eyes and thought of England.

No doubt if Ford have or are going to get some styling cues from it, they would alter some parts to suit our tastes. Going by the market research they did to design the BA and territory, this one wont be any different

Yuck. Looks like a Maxima to me. Sure as hell would be a massive step back from the BA.

Yep that will get all the holden boys going again god created shite and Ford put wheels on it. Ford is in the blood of my family and has been for years. I didnt mind the au once they ****ed off that first grill. They didnt need much to look good. Ford just stuffed up the marketing of it.Simple spoiler kit and mags.
As for this thing I think it would be a huge step backwards. On another note has anyone noticed how much the front area of the BA (Gaurd edges, bonnet) looks like the ED.

I don't think that is what the next generation Falcon is going to look like. Rumour has it the "lines" of the next Falcon will be very Audi A6-ish. Different rearend treatment, front headlights and grill and guards slightly more arched. Don't think we're going to see a radical change to the BA shape as it is now. The following photos of the Audi might be a hint of what's to come.

I'll have to see what they finally come up with of course, hopefully it will be fairly different. I don't like the look of that rear end. I may stick with the BA longer than I anticipated.

Not that I like it any better, but the rear is almost a rework of the AU's ****! They did say the design was ahead of it's time... Gotta say, dual exiting exhausts is a nice design cue.

Nup that's not it at all. Think evolutionary step of BA with elements of A6, A8, and a few creases here and there in the lines...

To add to the Audi lookalike rumour, didn't Ford Australia employ someone who used to work for Audi?
