Default Tyre Cleaning Help

Can someone please tell me the best way to clean tires.

After hard long scrubbing, I still can't get the dirt that was glued onto them after I stupidly used tire gell years ago. You'll see what I mean by in the photos. I'd rather not go back to that gell junk, but I need another method to clean and get the tire back to original condition.

All good folks, simple scrub with wax and grease remover done the trick.

In my case gallons of tyre shine does the trick. Nice job.
