A huge thank you to those who came out for the NSW leg of the Charity Cruise..just under 40 cars, making this NSW best supported Charity Cruise so far.
Congratulations to all the trophy winners and runners up. All the cars in attendance were a credit to each of you.
A total of $295:50 was raised from donations and raffle sales.
Thanks to FPV and Autotech for supplying the raffle prizes.

Below are some pics but I'm sure there will be plenty of better quality ones posted soon.
Just some of the presents for the kids, ended up with two car loads, boots and back seats packed high with presents....happy kids.

Firstly, let me say thanks to Spooly for his tireless efforts in organising these events. Likewise to Meg'sGT and Biggav for their efforts in NSW and WA. Without these people working behind the scenes, none of this would ever happen.

Thanks also to all those who turned out for their State cruises and supported the event with such enthusiasm. What looked like being a wet and miserable day in Melbourne turned into a beautiful day in Shep.

The Vic participants raised over $700 on the day from the raffle, show'n'shine and donations and along with the truck full of toys this will help make Christmas a little better in Shepparton than it otherwise would have been.

Thanks also to the ORSM and Coupe clubs for their support of these forum events.

We don't trumpet the fact but in the 7 years we have been running this event we have (conservatively) in Victoria alone provided the Salvation Army with $50,000 worth of cash and toys which is an outstanding effort from the members.

Thanks also to the sponsors who generously provided raffle prizes and assistance along with MissAly and the Friday cruises for their on-going help.

It is days like this and the generosity shown by my fellow enthusiasts that make all the 'controversial' days worthwhile.

Cheers
Russ

considering the way the day started with the weather it was great to see so many cars show up for the VIC cruise, there ended up being many burnt people from shepparton's sun.
the position for the show & shine was quite good with many people coming past to take a look at all the cars.
an excellent effort from everyone for all the toys & money raised for the salvos, this is extended for all the toy runs around Aus.

What a great day!! Undeterred by the soggy start in Melbourne we splashed our way up towards Shepparton. It was great cruising with all sorts of Fords and the venue at Shep was great.

Huge thanks to Spoolman, Russell W, Whoosha, Geez Louise and anyone else who organized and helped on the day. Thanks for having us at the Coupe Club along. We did have a few dropouts but those who did come had a great day.

Here's some pics from Ford HQ:

What a fantastic day Jack and I had at the Victorian Toy Cruise. It was great catching up with old friends, as well as meeting some new ones.

After what looked like a very wet and soggy day, it turned out to be so sunny in Shepparton, that I am glowing like a beetroot!!

Thank you to Spoolman for his tireless work in getting this event organised as well as it is. It is never said enough .. THANKYOU Spooly

Thank you to Whoosha and Mrs Pinkbits for coming and helping pick up the toys. Thank you to Russ and Gaela for putting these great events on as part of the forum calander.

And finally, congratulations to all the winners of trophy's today and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that took the time to attend today's event! Without your generousity, in supplying so many toys for the kids, this event wouldn't be the fantastic day out that it is! There are going to be some very happy faces on Xmas day! You guys are fantastic!! THANKYOU!

I look forward to 2012!!

Cheers

WOW i look real strange with facial hair....

this is how my day started:

100mm of rain over night turned the paddock in to a mud pit which resulted in towing the ute out....

Sheppaton really turned the weather on for us.

I want to thank every one again who organised today, Another Quality Ford Forums Event!

Was a great day at the Perth cruise, with a good turnout of cars (didn't count them but seemed to be quite a lot at the end point).

Thanks as usual to Gav and to everyone else that was involved in organising the event/donating prizes. Great effort.

And yeah, it was a bit strange to see those couple of Commo's tagging along, but it was for a good cause and I have to say, they all seemed pretty well behaved from what I saw.

Anyone from the Perth cruise got any pics?
