For all of you non city slickers in sunny QLD (home of the state of origin trophy) ONE HD aka Southern Cross 10 HD or Ch 50 starts tonight and although there seems to be a lot of baseball and other weird things it has TWO very good attributes.
1) No Soccer, none, nada, zilch, bugger all, it is a soccer free zone.... 2) LOTS of motor racing and other motorsports including NASCAR, F1, drift, drag and lots of others. http://ten.com.au/hdtvguide_search.htm P.S. The reason this is in the PUB not BAR is it is about MOTOR SPORTS (if it were about soccer I would have posted it in /dev/null ) |

It's about time too. Although I wish they still had HD programs of normal shows as well.

My only problem with One, is the sport that has two good attributes (netball), is on way to often. Apart from that it's Motorsport coverage is great.

Watch the Slamball if you get a chance. An interesting sport... Wait until the World Cup Flappist. Then we'll see some soccer.

At least they tend to pass one another reasonably frequently. Good to see more motorsports being shown. Now I really have to get another telly to watch it all. |
