Default When is enough enough?

At this present time I am a bit p!ssed off!

Heres the story:

Last night me and a few mates had a little bit of a party just to have a good time. Now I made sure we went to our shed which is on a block a few streets away from our house so nothing would be damaged at the house. Anyway the night was going good until some other people we know arrived and started being idiots. They were trashing the shed (for example damaging my uncles wheelchair by dropping it off the water tank, doing donuts in their car and stuff like that) so we asked if they could leave. They got into their car and i specifically asked them not to do and burnouts or skids, so the moron threw his car into reverse and gave it a bootful kicking up dirt and almost taking out the side of the shed and then taking off like a d!ck. One of my mates being a little tipsy through a can of rum which nearly hit this car. They came flying back at a hundred miles an hour and a fight nearly started. I stopped that from happening and they left. About an hour later we decided the night was stuffed so we went back to my house to crash for the night. Now when i got back to my house the outside was trashed. Shoes were all over the yard, light stuffed, garden gnomes in the mail box and a chocka block full wheelie bin of rubbish on the house roof. Me and my mates cleaned it all up and went to bed.

Now about an hour ago they just came back and must of thought i wasn't home. They deliberately reversed up my driveway and sat there spinning the wheels spitting up rocks and crap all over my car!!

Now at this point in time im p!ssed off and am not sure what to do. I already know a lot of people who hate this group and would gladly take care of it but I want to be the better person and try and cause as little harm as possible to these people but yet still get them back. :evil3:

What should I do?

But what is to stop them (after they recover) getting a few Mates & doing the same back to you or your Car etc...

I had an incident a few years back where i would have loved to really hurt a skinny young idiot who so deserved it but I stopped myself from doing anything as I thought well what is to stop him then getting revenge on me & where could it all end.

And his car worth $500.00, mine $40000.00

Go to the Police although they will not do much, maybe if your lucky have a chat with them.

I just want them to learn to stop being complete idiots.

The problem is one of them is a close mate. Others have said that he changes in character when around them and now i believe it. I don't want to lose his friendship but i don't give a flying **beep** about the others. I think a lot of it is peer pressure because when on his own or with us he is alright.

If more happens then sh!t will hit the fan and stuff will happen. Police most likely will be involved if it carries on.

Another stupid thing is they are driving around in a vp commodore (actually looks nice) that one of them only just brought like 2 days ago. If i was him i wouldnt be encouraging people to want to damage his car but in the end he will get what is coming to him.

Im trying to keep a cool head about it if you can not already tell. But they better not push it

Youre happy with friends who 'shape shift'? He might wake up one day, true he might, Id wait till then to call him friend, if at all.

Wait, you said one is a close mate? Your friends suck then.
My vote, Street justice. Send them a message. They damaged your car so do theirs over...

I have to agree with that. No mate would do the stuff you're talking about - let alone a "close" one. Time to tell him where to shove it.

FFS ****ing them off is just going to make the situation worse, I know it's the girly mans way out, but put yourself in their position. What would you do if someone retaliated to your retaliation? I have been though this type of situation a few times before and the best way I reckon is to just ignore them, if they get no reaction from you there gona stop....

Mention it to the Police in case there's any more trouble and ask the police to make note of the complaint .

You can leave it at this and ignore them , but they'll either get hacked off or think they can do it to you anytime they want or :-

How about taking note of "All Damage Done" and Invoice them .

Probably won't get you anywhere this time , but they'll know you're not mucking around .

eg,

Dear Mr X , Mr X , Mr X .... (Those involved)

Enclosed are Quotes for damage caused by you on the night of xx/xx/2007

Repair Damage to Wheelchair (put this 1st , nothing worse than an Item like this being damaged .)

Repair stone chips to Vehicle Reg XXX XXX

Repair Stone chips to Vehicle Reg XXX XXxxxx

For each of the of cars there ( but get quotes to back you up )

Damage to the Premises at XXXX Address (shed)

Cost of Cleaning House & Yard at Premises (Address) Cost it out per hour

Cost of damages at Premises (Address)

Cost of Repair to Driveway at XXXXX (Address)

Payment to be made within 7 Day's

Interest will be charged on Overdue Accounts .

Finish off by noting

"These copies are for your reference , Original copies are with my Solicitor
A report has been made to police , including Registration No's of Cars Involved ".

Witness statements available if you wish a copy of those too .(get statements)

-------------------------------------------------
Make it look official as you can ,

At least they'll be driving watching their mirrors for a while , and if it "escalates any anymore" you've got it all on record . You were doing the right thing , why should you pay for it ,

Just my 2c worth (and your Butt's covered)

I dont think " you" should be discussing retribution or teaching them a lesson here where every one can see, just go to the police let them tell you if you have a legal case, or not..

+ 1. I did this one

Also. Me and my friends didn't like a group of people (related to first sentence, and mainly one guy) and we got revenge. BUT. First, we let it go and ignored them for a few months (probably about 6 months actually). Got him back via car/house/public humiliation AND because what he did to us was long ago and he screws people over all the time, he didn't suspect us.

Oh yeah, we also called the cops on his drug dealing, that was a good one.

Turn the water to his house off and cement the tap in, have a nice seafood dinner and fill drains, letterboxes, window sills etc. etc. with the left overs then leave his car on blocks and selectively hide his wheels around the yard.

No real damage but one hell of an inconvienience.

If that fails bang his missus.

Steal his car ,drive it too the nearest policemans house cultivate his footpath for him : then fill it up with petrol -drive off without paying ,run every red light you can find (safely) then park his car in a supermarket carpark & tell him he has 20mins before ya torch it . And while he,s gone ....Bang his missus .
