well i'm ****ed and pumped at the moment so i thought i'de get in and ask the question right now.
and to all you victoria ppl you should feel proud to hold the 3rd game down there so if you don't care i don't want to know so i aint putting in a don't care option this time. i aint putting in my to bob's worth yet. got to wait to see if there are any changes to the teams. the only thing i will say is if QLD play like that again they will win. |

that was a beautiful win. i always criticise the qld selectors for choosing such small guys versus NSW's 'brain's trust' of huge meatheads. now i see they've been choosing a good team all along but the players had the wrong idea. QLD did everything right last night i think. they took the fight straight up to NSW as soon as the ball was in play. never gave the big guys time to build up inertia or a play. top stuff.

Ok, so they flogged us in the second game, but then again, we beat them in the first.
Id like to see the scoring changed to a progressive score. In other words, take the score from the first game and it becomes the starting point for the second game then it carries on to the finale and so on. Like the V8 series, you get the accolaides for the games you win but the points accumulate to the end of the series. What do you guys think? :lookedat:

that would take the whole meaning out of the series. win 2 by 1 point and in the 3rd game get 4 injurys and get beatin by 10 points. that makes sense to me |

[QUOTE=EB Pete]right :yeees: why don't we have a control skill level while we are at it?
Whats " control skill level" got to do with it? : I was discussing the scoring system.

while were changeing sporting rules why don't they make soccer nets bigger so the average score was like 10-15 goals so that the team that had most of the upper hand won instead of one lucky goal or worse still a penalty shoot out. i would nearly consider whatching it if they did

And the usual jokes of course....
Did you hear that the Post Office has had to recall their latest stamps? They had pictures of NSW players on them. People couldn't figure out which side to spit on. Did you hear about the politician who was found dead in a NSW shirt? The police had to dress him up in women's underwear in order to save his family from the embarrassment. Four surgeons are taking a coffee break. The first one says, "Accountants are the best to operate on because when you open them up everything inside them is numbered." The second surgeon says, "Nah, librarians are the best; everything inside them is in alphabetical order." Third surgeon says, "Try electricians. Everything inside them is colour-coded." The fourth one says, "I prefer NSW fans. They're heartless, spineless, gutless and their heads and ***** are interchangeable." Q. If you see a NSW fan on a bicycle, why should you never swerve to hit him? A. It could be your bicycle. Q. What do NSW fans and sperm have in common? A. One in 3,000,000 has a chance of becoming a human being. Q. What do you have when 100 NSW fans are buried up to their necks in sand? A. Not enough sand. Q. What's the difference between a dead dog on the road and a dead NSW fan on the road? A. There are skid marks in front of the dog. Q. You're trapped in a room with a tiger, a rattlesnake and a NSW fan. You have a gun with two bullets. What do you do? A. Shoot the NSW fan - twice. Q. What's the difference between NSW and a jet engine? A. A jet engine eventually stops whining. Q. How many NSW fans does it take to change a light bulb. A. Seven - one to change it, five to moan about it and a Manager to say that if the ref had done his job in the first place the light bulb would never have gone out.

Queensland will squish those filthy little roaches. Looks like the tossa who painted Wally's statue blue has sealed the blues fate by firing up the Queensland!
Only good thing to come out of NSW is the road to Queensland ! Unfortunately its also given the raoches and mexicans an escape route on their way to trying to pass them selves off as Queenslanders !!!!!!
